General airline assistance. The airline or ticket seller determines whether a booking can be changed, cancelled or refunded; this is not a dedicated refund hotline.

Toll-free applies in the listed calling region. Mobile airtime or international charges may apply.

Independent contact reference. Hazel Milepost is not Air Canada’s customer-service team. The number and external routes belong to the named provider. We do not answer, transfer or record calls.
BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Changing your plans

Air Canada directs customers with direct bookings to Trips. If a travel agency issued the ticket, contact that agency for servicing. A voluntary change and an airline disruption follow different processes.

  1. Retrieve the reservation through the airline website.
  2. Review the fare difference and any charge before confirming.
  3. Keep the revised itinerary or cancellation confirmation.
