General airline assistance. The airline or ticket seller determines whether a booking can be changed, cancelled or refunded; this is not a dedicated refund hotline.

Toll-free applies in the listed calling region. Mobile airtime or international charges may apply.

Independent contact reference. Hazel Milepost is not Air Canada’s customer-service team. The number and external routes belong to the named provider. We do not answer, transfer or record calls.
BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

A little context helps.

Air Canada publishes one reservations line for callers in Canada and the United States. Use it for the reservations purpose shown here; baggage and post-travel claims have separate online routes.

  1. Keep your booking reference and passenger surname ready.
  2. For a ticket issued by an agency, start with that seller.
