General airline assistance. The airline or ticket seller determines whether a booking can be changed, cancelled or refunded; this is not a dedicated refund hotline.

Toll-free applies in the listed calling region. Mobile airtime or international charges may apply.

BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Make the booking details clear

TAP’s booking-management area covers an existing itinerary and extras, while its flight search starts a new purchase. Keep the fare conditions when booking so later choices are easier to assess.

  1. Check the complete route and passenger names.
  2. Retain the booking code and fare details.
