BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Changing your plans

TAP’s refund guidance distinguishes rescheduling in Manage your Booking from requesting a refund. For voluntary changes, the purchased fare and route determine the conditions.

  1. Review rescheduling options before cancelling.
  2. Check any applicable charges with the provider.
