General airline assistance. The airline or ticket seller determines whether a booking can be changed, cancelled or refunded; this is not a dedicated refund hotline.
Toll-free applies in the listed calling region. Mobile airtime or international charges may apply.
Independent contact reference. Hazel Milepost is not Philippine Airlines’s customer-service team. The number and external routes belong to the named provider. We do not answer, transfer or record calls.
BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
A little context helps.
PAL’s published booking guidance lists a US and Canada toll-free reservations contact. The same guidance distinguishes a booking split or special request from routine online changes.
- Keep the booking reference and passenger surname ready.
- Use the official PAL contact route for a request the online tool cannot handle.
