Changing your plans

ITA Airways allows eligible date changes through its website or app according to the fare rules. Its guidance says a checked-in passenger must cancel check-in before changing the booking.

  1. Retrieve the trip with the booking code or ticket number and surname.
  2. Review the new itinerary before confirming.
